The Hospital Research Foundation is proud to announce its Chief Financial Officer, Anna Nolan, has been elected Chair of the SA/NT branch of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand for 2019.
Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand is the peak body representing the accounting profession and helps shape the finance and business sectors in Australia and NZ.
Anna first joined the association in 2012 as a member of its Women’s Committee, now known as the Diversity and Inclusion Panel. She was elected to the SA/NT Regional Council in 2015 and was Deputy Chair during 2018.
She also holds the very prestigious title of being both a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales.
“It’s an honour to represent Chartered Accountants’ SA/NT members and support their ongoing development and shape the future of the profession,” Anna said.
“I look forward to building on the great work we’ve already been doing for the sector and appreciate The Hospital Research Foundation’s support of my involvement.”
Anna has spent time working in the UK, Netherlands, France and Australia during her 28 year career, and joined The Hospital Research Foundation in 2012.
She has held senior leadership positions in large publicly listed international companies, BOC Gases and France Telecom and, prior to this worked for KPMG in London. Her experience spans across banking, manufacturing, technology, retail and the charitable sector.
